![]() No Resistance is the worst, but also the norm. Psychic Weakness could be an issue, but mostly due to Mewtwo & Mew-GX. 330 HP is just 10 shy of the printed max, and should be very hard to OHKO outside of Weakness. There’s some good Fighting support in Standard and some great examples in Expanded. Urshifu VMAX is a Fighting type, which is great for exploiting Weakness, though it does crash into Resistance a little often. Single Strike Urshifu VMAX is a Gigantamax Pokémon, but this term currently has no game mechanics or effects that reference it. They do still count as Pokémon V, though, so any support that excludes Pokémon V won’t work for it, while any counters that specify Pokémon V still apply. This makes them about as demanding as Stage 1 Pokémon, but they don’t actually count as Stage 1 Pokémon for the purposes of card effects. Pokémon VMAX are the evolved form of Pokémon V, and evolve only from Basic Pokémon V. As a Pokémon-VMAX, it counts as as Rule Box Pokémon, it gives up three Prizes when KO’d, can access VMAX support, and has to deal with anti-VMAX effects. Single Strike Urshifu VMAX being a VMAX covers familiar territory. You can get a general idea and list of the relevant cards here. They do not have Rule Boxes: they are worth however many Prizes when KO’d as their other game mechanics dictate, you put them into play the normal way, etc. What being a Single Strike Pokémon actually entails is access to a new family of cards and their support. ![]() Most Single Strike cards don’t have “Single Strike” in their names, but they all have the label. Technically, this does not make it a Single Strike Pokémon it is the “Single Strike” label in the upper-right corner of its card art (just below its HP and type). Single Strike Urshifu VMAX has a Battle Style in its name. Until or unless that happens, though, they’re just two Pokémon VMAX with the same Pokémon type, nothing more. It is possible some future card effect could reference both of them, or all cards with “Urshifu” in their name. Not unlike with the Galarian or Alolan forms of Pokémon that do not share the same lower Stage(s). Let us start by me pointing out that, from the game’s point of view, Single Strike Urshifu VMAX is a totally separate, unrelated entity from Rapid Strike Urshifu VMAX. It has quite the mouthful of a name, one that calls for some explaining as it references two game mechanics. Single Strike Urshifu VMAX (SW – Battle Styles 086/163, 167/163, 168/163) is our 13th-Place Pick for the latest set.

![]() “It gets me to look twice and talk to the sellers (my clients)” if the potential buyer is professional, said Safiedine, who has been in the business for 16 years. The cover letters condense the important information into digestible pieces and saves him and his client’s time, he said.ĭepending on how they’re presented, the letters can help differentiate potentially problematic buyers from more organized buyers who show they’re on time and ready to close. Rancho Bernardo-based real estate agent Mike Safiedine has received more cover letters from buyers and their agents in recent months, an emerging trend he likes. “You need to stand out amongst a sea of offers.” “You need to be brief but strong,” Dennis said. They typically state the offer prices and perks for the sellers, such as cover closing costs, says Dave Dennis, another local real estate agent who uses cover letters. Good cover letters also outline clearly what buyers are willing to bring to the table. ![]() They tend to describe the buyers, from their professions to why they like the homes. ![]() “The seller’s agent, I guess, liked that Molly and I grew up in Poway and went to high school here and had family in town - all of that,” Adam said.Įffective cover letters share similar characteristics. It also helped that they could make a 20 percent down payment, Hale said. The Sarasins beat out at least two other offers for the Poway home. “I hope this gives you a good overview of why Adam and Molly will be the perfect choice for your new home,” says the letter, which ends with a photo of the smiling couple. “Adam met a wonderful young woman, Molly, and they will soon be getting married,” reads the letter, titled “Offer On Your Home.” “They love your house since it is updated on the interior and will have enough room for an office, their bedroom and what they hope to soon be a baby room. The couple submitted a cover letter, penned by their real estate agent, Hale. Instead of giving in, they tugged at heartstrings. “We definitely found that inventory was too low. Four months in, they realized cash buyers were routinely knocking them out of the running. Newlyweds Adam and Molly Sarasin saw the odds stacked against them when they started searching for their first home last spring. Limited inventory and increasing home values have pushed potential homebuyer to do anything extra to help them stand out, something that’s becoming more common - and possibly more necessary - within the past six months, real estate agents say. While inventory numbers have ticked up slightly in the past two months, which is normal for spring, the listing total is still lower than normal. There were roughly 4,100 active San Diego County listings in January, the lowest number in at least 3½ years, show numbers from the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors that start in summer of 2009. Meanwhile, the housing inventory in San Diego County is so tight that buyers can get in the middle of bidding wars. San Diego home values ended 2012 at $366,000, the highest median price since June 2008. These love letters, which are included with offers, are not new to the industry but their resurgence is more proof that the housing market is on the rebound after a five-year slump. “Whatever we can do to make us stand out and make our buyer stand out, whether it works out (or not,) we just want to make our buyer have a little leg up on their competition,” said Patrick Hale, a San Diego real estate broker who encourages his agents to try different things to help their clients stand out and close the sale. We can write this relationship mathematically as F D ∝ v 2. For most large objects such as cyclists, cars, and baseballs not moving too slowly, the magnitude of the drag force F D F D is proportional to the square of the speed of the object. ![]() This functionality is complicated and depends upon the shape of the object, its size, its velocity, and the fluid it is in. Unlike simple friction, the drag force is proportional to some function of the velocity of the object in that fluid. Like friction, the drag force always opposes the motion of an object. You feel a smaller drag force when you tilt your hand so only the side goes through the air-you have decreased the area of your hand that faces the direction of motion. The faster you move your hand, the harder it is to move. You might also feel it if you move your hand during a strong wind. You feel the drag force when you move your hand through water. The source code is available on GitHub, as well as the online documentation. Material Maker is available for Windows, Linux and MacOS. It is also possible to create new nodes either by combining and grouping existing nodes, or by writing your own GLSL shaders. Most nodes are defined as GLSL shaders, and when connecting them, Material Maker will generate combined shaders (instead of rendering an image for each node). Materials and brushes are defined as graphs where nodes create or transform textures, and can be exported for the Godot, Unity and Unreal game engines. Patch.vertex * barycentricCoordinates.x + patch.vertex * barycentricCoordinates.Material Maker is a procedural materials authoring and 3D model painting tool, based on the Godot Engine. The X, Y, and Z coordinates determine the weights of the first, second, and third control points. To find the position of this vertex, we have to interpolate across the original triangle domain, using the barycentric coordinates. įloat3 barycentricCoordinates : SV_DomainLocation Inside the function, we have to generate the final vertex data. OutputPatch patch, float3 barycentricCoordinates : SV_DomainLocation They have the SV_DomainLocation semantic. To make this possible, the domain function is invoked once per vertex and is provided the barycentric coordinates for it. It's up to the domain shader to use those coordinates to derive the final vertices. Instead, it comes up with barycentric coordinates for those vertices. While the tessellation stage determines how the patch should be subdivided, it doesn't generated any new vertices. TessellationFactors factors, OutputPatch patch The domain program is fed the tessellation factors that were used, as well as the original patch, which is of type OutputPatch in this case. We signal this again via the UNITY_domain attribute. Shader "Custom/Tessellation" īoth the hull and domain shader act on the same domain, which is a triangle. Duplicate that shader, rename it to Tessellation Shader and adjust its menu name. To clearly see that triangles get subdivided, we'll make use of the Flat Wireframe Shader. Let's put the code that we'll need in its own file, MyTessellation.cginc, with its own include guard. The first step is to create a shader that has tessellation enabled. We're going to need a hull program and domain program. But it's not as simple as adding just one other program to our shader. This stage sits in between the vertex and the fragment shader stages. We cannot control that, but there's also a tessellation stage that we are allowed to configure. ![]() It does this for various reasons, for example when part of a triangle ends up clipped. The GPU is capable of splitting up triangles fed to it for rendering. This makes it possible to add more details to geometry, though in this tutorial we'll focus on the tessellation process itself. In our case, we're going to subdivide triangles so we end up with smaller triangles that cover the same space. Tessellation is the art of cutting things into smaller parts. If you don't have enough triangles, make some more. This tutorial is made with Unity 2017.1.0. It uses the Flat and Wireframe Shading tutorial as a basis. This tutorial covers how to add support for tessellation to a custom shader. ![]() Have I perhaps set the software to download by default from a cloud based app (it may have been the option the app choose when I purchased it)?
